One thing bugged me about was the not exploring Black Mesa East, wonder how many charaters there would be there. + Black Mesa East was a bit stale to be a rest to a player.

That would be cool, but I immagine parts of the map would simply be empty corridords.

I'll be checking the VMF for Black Mesa East.

Yeah, I personally think giving the player a bit more space to explore in BME would be nice.
Not a ton of space, just letting them wander around a bit akin to the scene before the battle in EP2.

Agreed. Maybe we could even slip in a secret area or two?
